Universal Eagles for Security Services Concludes the Fundamentals of Facility Security GuardingTraining Program
Universal Eagles for Security Services "UESS" concluded on Friday, 5 November 2025, an intensive training program titled “Fundamentals of Security Guarding for Facilities”, which was conducted over four consecutive days in the city of Mokha. The program aimed to enhance the skills and readiness of the security personnel serving with the International Medical Corps (IMC) and International Solidarity Organization, strengthening their ability to protect sensitive facilities and ensure the safety of employees and staff. This initiative comes as part of the company’s commitment to providing training services that meet the highest standards of professional security and safety.
The training was held in two daily sessions, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the participation of 16 security guards from the organizations’ security teams. The program was supervised by Captain Mohammed Khaled Farhan Al-Sharabi, Taiz Sector Supervisor at UESS, who delivered specialized modules covering facility security, staff safety, first aid, fire response procedures, and compliance with firearm safety regulations. The program also included practical exercises designed to reinforce the guards’ ability to apply security procedures effectively on the ground.
UESS affirmed that this program is part of its annual plan to elevate security performance across its branches and operational sites. Through such programs, the company aims to equip its security personnel with the competencies needed to perform their duties efficiently, enhance their ability to respond to emergencies, and provide them with the proper knowledge to ensure the protection of facilities and the safety of employees. The company reiterates its ongoing commitment to developing human resources and building professional security teams capable of meeting the needs of local and international organizations.
